Booking and Refund Policy

To confirm your tour, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

  • More than 60 days before arrival: Ground handling fees will be refunded.
  • Within 60 days of arrival: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided.
  • SDF Fees: Fully refundable for trips that are shortened or canceled at the last moment.
  • Flight cancellations: Refunds are processed according to the airline’s policies.

All visitors must apply for a Bhutan visa online through the official portal. You will need:

  • A passport valid for at least six months beyond your departure date from Bhutan
  • A recent passport photo with a white background
  • Your arrival and departure dates
  • Payment of a USD 40 one-time visa fee and a USD 100 per person per night Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)

To apply for your visa, follow these simple steps:

  • Sign the Pledge of Friendship, committing to preserve Bhutan’s heritage.
  • Create an account on the official visa portal.
  • Enter your travel details as required.
  • Make payment for the visa fee and SDF.

You can save your application at any stage and return to complete it later. Once submitted, it will be processed within five working days.
