Planning a journey to Bhutan requires advance coordination of permits, accommodations, guides, and logistics. While we understand that travel plans can change, certain arrangements are confirmed and paid for ahead of time to ensure a seamless experience.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and fair—giving you clarity while allowing us to maintain the quality and reliability of your journey.
Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us with your booking details and a clear request. This helps us process your cancellation accurately and efficiently.
Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks.
This timeframe allows for administrative handling and coordination with relevant service providers and authorities.
Refund Policy
Refunds are determined based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
- More than 2 months before the tour start date
Refund will be issued after deducting applicable administrative fees and government charges - 1 month before the tour start date
50% refund of the total booking amount - Less than 19 days before the tour start date
No refund will be issued
Important Note
As your travel date approaches, most arrangements—including accommodation, transportation, permits, and government fees—are fully confirmed and paid in advance. These costs are largely non-recoverable, which is why refunds are not possible for late cancellations.
